Privacy Policy

We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information generated when you use the service, and information from third-party services you connect.

When you register a dealer account we collect your business name, owner name, email, mobile number, business address, GSTIN (optional), payment QR / UPI details and login credentials.

When you add or import your end customers into the CRM we store the customer's name, mobile number, address, complaint history, service history and payment history. This data belongs to your dealership — we act only as a processor.

For every technician you onboard we store name, mobile, ID proof (if uploaded), assigned jobs, collections, ledger balance and performance scorecard. Technicians using the mobile app also share GPS location during active job execution, only with your consent.

Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN. We receive and retain only limited payment metadata such as transaction ID, payment status, amount, subscription ID and last-four digits (where provided). We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (theme, sidebar state). We do not use advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser but some features (like staying signed in) will stop working.

We use privacy-friendly product analytics to understand aggregate feature usage (e.g. how many dealers use the settlement report). Analytics events are pseudonymised and never sold. We do not use Google Analytics ads or fingerprinting.

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS.
• Data at rest is stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure.
• Row-level security ensures one dealer can never read another dealer's data.
• Passwords are hashed with industry-standard algorithms — we cannot see your password.
• Daily automated backups are retained for disaster recovery.

We share limited data with the following processors, strictly to run the service:

• Razorpay — subscription payments and invoicing.
• Cloud infrastructure providers — hosting and database (India / Asia region).
• WhatsApp Business API providers — sending job updates you trigger.
• Google — sign-in (OAuth) and Google review link generation.

We integrate with Razorpay Subscriptions for recurring billing. When you subscribe, Razorpay collects your payment method details directly and returns a token/subscription ID to us. Refunds, chargebacks and dispute resolution follow Razorpay's standard flow.

You may sign in with Google. In that case we receive your Google account name, email and profile image. We use Google Review deep-links to help you collect reviews — we do not read or post to your Google Business profile without action from you.

When you send a job update, invoice or review request via WhatsApp, the message is delivered through a WhatsApp Business API partner. We store the message template and delivery status but do not read replies your customers send.

We retain your account data while your subscription is active and for up to 90 days after cancellation, so you can reactivate without losing data. On written request we will delete your data earlier, subject to legal retention requirements (e.g. tax invoices retained for 8 years per Indian law).

You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email dwarkasai34@gmail.com from your registered email. We respond within 30 days.

Dwarkasai CRM is a B2B service. It is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and in-app notice at least 15 days before they take effect.
